Estos son algunos argumentos que contradicen la idea de que las zonas montañosas son impedimento para el desarrollo de un país.

Primero, hay muchos países en el mundo que tienen zonas montañosas y son considerados del primer mudo. Por ejemplo, los Estados Unidos. Ese país tiene extensas zonas montañosas como los Montes Apalaches o las Montañas Rocallosas, y el país es considerado una super potencia mundial.

Otro ejemplo es Suiza, Francia o Italia, que dentro de su territorio está la cadena montañosa llamada los Montes Alpes.

Estos países tienen el dinero para explotar los recursos naturales y volver a regenerarlos con responsabilidad. Ya sea la madera, el carbón, los minerales, y demás.

Con esos recursos naturales elaboran productos para vender y exportar, dado que han desarrollado grandes industrias y fábricas.

En los países subdesarrollados o pobres, no sucede lo anterior.

Lo que pasa es que los gobiernos no tienen el dinero para desarrollar la infraestructura necesaria para sacar provecho de los recursos naturales y materias primas de las zonas montañosas. En muchos países, esas zonas montañosas rodean grandes ciudades. Y en lugar de ser sitios ecológicos o de desarrollo económico, la gente vive en asentamientos irregulares, generando sobrepoblación, pobreza, insalubridad y crimen.

It could be seen above as Vince expresses his words in a way that he is sure that he would be married without using words that he is uncertain but instead he is sure of it.
