Located in the northwestern part of New Mexico the Chaco Culture National Historical Park is one of the most important historic sites in New Mexico.

The importance of this site lies in:

1. This site was home to the Ancestral Puebloans, an Ancient Native American tribe that were prominent during the pre-Columbian era.

2. This site houses the largest concentration of pueblos (ancient native communities) in the United States Southwest.

There are two groups that have a special connection to this site and they are:

1. The contemporary Pueblos People

2. The Hopi Native American tribe

Both of these tribes are descendents of the Ancestral Puebloans and as such view the park as a sacred migration path and as a place of spiritual connection to the land of their ancestors.

Both tribes consider this site as sacred and because of that they work closely with the National Park Service to spread their knowledge and heritage of the Ancestral Puebloans.

How does the
cartoonist
justify his
Idecision to
appease Hitler?
vlada-n [284]

Answer:

Well, the cartoonist is actually critical of Hitler in the drawing. The cartoonist is satirizing the appeasing position that many people had with Hitler, perhaps out of fear, but most likely out of hidden sympathy that with time became more and more explicit until the point that many people came out as Nazi supporters in the end.

The cartoonist is bringing attention to the dangers of initial appeasing a tolerant position to totalitarian regimes like national socialism, because this attidues can easily turn into political affiliation.
