According to Washington, what problem does education resolve?
TiliK225 [7]

Answer: a. Education teaches how to be successful in work and everyday struggles.

Brooker T. Washington placed importance on education because he believed that education is the way in which people learn to function and succeed in society. Therefore, he emphasized the importance of education that allowed people to live in society, such as hygiene. He also praised physical labour and industrial education. Some critics, such as W. E. B. DuBois argued that Washington's vision was unnecessarily narrow, and that it practically accepted the inferiority of the Black race. However, others consider Washington's program practical, and a natural result of the lack of opportunities for Black people at that time.

Xelga [282]

Answer: Gambler's fallacy

Explanations: Gambler's fallacy can be simply defined as a phenomenon where the outcome of an event is viewed as less or more likely due to the outcome of previous events even though each event is independent.

For example, If a family should give birth to (5) five boys, gambler's fallacy will argue that the chance or probability of the family giving birth to girl next higher because the previous ones were boys, but in reality the chances are thesame because both gender has equally chance of being conceived.

So Miranda’s statement is a good example of gambler's fallacy because she argue that the probability that she will toss a tail in her sixth toss is higher than 50% and in reality, the probability of tossing a head or a tail are both thesame i.e 50%.

Write a summary on Crossing the Rockies based on lewis and clark. a. Hardships b. Plans to succeed c. Accomplishments d. Mode of
mafiozo [28]
Well....first off, crossing the Rocky mountains had a ton of hardships, it was difficult because of the slow travel, low amount of rations, and the discouraged feeling of the many members of the expedition. Even before they made it to the Rockies, Lewis already thought that the mountains might be a large obstacle. And also, according to what I researched, their primary source of transportation were their horses, but since there was little to feed them, the horses wandered away in search of grass, which was another hardship, since without horses, they had to walk on foot instead.

I think Lewis and Clark's plans were to mainly follow the Missouri river, yet it is notable that this was unknown terrain for the two.

Obviously, one of their accomplishments was crossing the Rockies, but Lewis and Clark also found several new species of animals.
