The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Unfortunately, you did not specify "the time period" you are referring to. You forgot to include the date and that is an important fact needed to answer your question.

However, although you forgot to include the date, we can help you comment on the following general terms.

This is my argument that evaluates the factors that led to the emergence of industrial modes of production in Europe and the United States.

The Industrial Revolution began in the 18th century because of new technological inventions in agriculture. This change affected or changed the economic systems of Europe and the United States in that the Industrial Revolution impacted and transformed the way goods were produced. From an artisanal hand-made elaboration of products to mass production in the factories of Europe and the United States.

The Industrial Revolution changed the life of many people on both continents.

Technology in agriculture made mane farmers without a job and they decided to leave the rural areas to emigrate to the large cities where the factories and industries were established. There, factory owers needed hands to operate the machines of mass production. Those were low-paid jobs under unhealthy labor conditions, but people in need had to accept those jobs.

Explain what is meant by manifest destiny and describe how belief in that idea was the main reason that the u.s going to mexico
kirill115 [55]

In the 1840s, the U.S was struck with the idea of <em>manifest destiny</em>. An idea that America should control North America from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean. Mexico had the legal right to Texas thus dominated California, Arizona, and New Mexico. Two territories stood in America's way of accomplishing the manifest destiny idea; first, the Oregon Territory that was occupied by both Great Britain and the United States and the Western and Southwestern areas owned by Mexico.   The differences between the United States and Mexico over the border of Texas led to the Mexican American War that resulted in American gaining ownership of Arizona, California,  New Mexico, and Texas. The ownership of these territories fulfilled the '<em>Manifest Destiny' </em>of the U.S stretching from the Atlantic to the Pacific, Manifest Destiny.

Which of the following contributed most to the great depression?
Travka [436]

Answer:

D. falling crop prices

Explanation:

The biggest factor that led to the Great Depression was the big drop in the crop prices. The reason why this happened was the bad planning of the agricultural sector and farmers. They managed to produce much more crops then what the domestic market demanded, but also more then what was demanded for export. This led to enormous surplus of crops, so the prices started to drop incredibly low. This created a chain reaction, so the whole economy started to crumble because of it, and in accordance to it, the national currency as well, leading to big inflation.
