Yes community service is important to a community because it helps the people that is in the area to come together and clean up the area. all of that is what you want and can do. so that means if you are someone that doesn't have enough money to donate money then maybe volunteer your time would  be good. Also when you are volunteer you can enters act with different types of people that you see. Now if you donate money well that you can just sit there in that chair of your and give money. It all depends on what work you are doing. my would to help people with diabetes and doctors find a cure for diabetes.The volunteers would help the people in the medical field find cures for things.
