This is incorrect. Size and mass are not related. An example, a balloon that is filled with air can be compared to a bunch of iron that is of the same size yet it has much a smaller mass than the lump of iron.

This condition arises in in newborn infants as a result of been exposed to high level of nitrates. Newborn infants are usually exposed to unhealthy level of nitrates via nitrate contaminated water that is used to mix their food formula. Presence of high dose of nitrate in the body drastically reduces the amount of oxygen that is found in the blood, this make the color of the baby to become bluish. Other symptoms associated with this condition are: difficulty in breathing, nausea, vomiting, dehydration, dizziness, weakness, etc.
