Explanation:

I'm not an animal expert but I know horses get hot really easily and often need to be clipped to avoid a buildup of sweat, especially in the winter. The sweat will freeze to their skin and fur in freezing temperatures. If the horse shows genuine signs of discomfort then I'd be concerned
