Early English literature was written in Old English, which is vastly different from Modern English. Often, these texts are translated into more accessible language for modern readers. When reading these older forms of English, it can be difficult to understand the meaning, even if the language has been modified.

Most likely it would be displayed sometimes if the author is the "main character" or sometimes it would also be shown in the front cover. But, if we were to be talking as in reading the book, this would then be displayed throughout the query and not necessarily dotted down in a specific spot,
