Basically, the British Company army won so hard that the Mughals were completely defeated and went into hiding since they became extremely poor now. The whole valley around the Ganges river was left as an open territory because of this which the Company could control, especially since the Shah decided to ally himself with them.
Luther modified religious service in terms of stripping down the ability to make money from the perspective of the church; which at the time was making a lot of money through selling tickets that would abolish sins off of people for example. He also made the church less about money and more about religious service.
It increased business and manufacturing because of faster transportation and communication. This lead to an influx of people coming into more city like areas and more innovation happening during this time period. The American economy experienced unprecedented increase.
