Answer:

One of the first decision the Americans leaders did was the implementation of an act called" THE EMBARGO ACT OF 1807". This act was made to prohibit any American merchant ship from leaving for foreign ports and also prohibit foreign ships and vessels from carrying American goods out of American ports. This Act made the England and France merchant business to seize from America, which then promoted Americans business and moved the Americans to start producing what they want, since their cannot ship it from other countries. This laws helped one of the first mechanized textile manufacturing industry owned by Samuel Slater and Francis Cabot Lowell, in late 1790s and early 1800s to produce more and increase the company's aim.

The American system of government has helped this industrial revolution by the implementation of a law called "LAIZZE-FAIR POLITICS". This law is the law of lack of government regulation on industries and business, which allowed all it's industries to flourish and grow faster. This allowed owners of the companies and business to have full ownership of their firm, without the interference of government. This system of government has help and motivated many Americans to invest in it's country, because with this law, politics risk is very low when considering to invest into any American business or Industry, it also brought in many private companies to invest in the country, which lead America to have the biggest and strongest economy in the world.

Among others are:

•the development of road networks, by sea and rail

•opening of boarder for immigrants, who are young, desperate and committed to work so as to make fortune out of the country. Which made enough labor available, though this made America to have more number of immigrants which are now citizens

• introduction of electricity and constant power supply.
