Paragraph on the role I can play in my community to uphold children's right
lbvjy [14]
This paragraph discusses the role I can play in my community to uphold children's rights. Children's rights are being violated in all communities in every country of the world. The worst part is that the community often does not know when children's rights are being violated. I believe that education is crucial to upholding and improving children's rights. Children and adults need to be educated on the rights of children. In order to get this message across, I will organise street theatre events, where children can role play positive and negative behaviours. They will then learn what their rights are.

Why, according to Douglass' new owner, Mr. Auld, is Douglass forbidden from learning to read and write, as stated in Chapter 6 o
inessss [21]
The correct option is C.
Mr Auld was very cross with his wife when he caught her teaching Douglass how to read ABC. He told her that is against the law to teach a slave to read and beside, a slave who know how to read will not be satisfied with been a slave anymore and thus will not be useful to anybody. This means that, a slave master will no longer be able to hold down a slave who knows how to read.
