Fraud is understood as the crime by which a person is deceived, either through the induction of error, such as through the presentation of false files or lies regarding apparent facts or qualities, to obtain from said person a benefit, or to harm it directly or indirectly.
Colloquially, fraud is called any person or situation that is based on a lie or a falsehood, without it being necessary that this situation constitutes a crime. However, in the legal sphere, the concept of fraud implies an illegitimate advantage or unjustified damage to a third party.
I think symbols have a ton of power! When I see a cross it makes me think of what God and Jesus have done for us. Other symbols like the American flag, give me hope and remind me what our country is doing to fight for our freedom!
