What is your opinion about copying a report from the internet?

Copying a report from the internet in many parts of the country is considered plagerism. However, is it really wrong? In my personal opinion it isn‘t wrong to copy a report from the internet as long as you obtain the permission from the person who wrote it. For example: In Brainly you can either ask for help or people can do the work for you. It’s up to you to decide what you want to do. Also, people are sometimes busy and don’t have enough time to write their own essays so having someone else make their essays is less time consuming and efficient. According to Inside Higher ED, it states: “When a person borrows an idea, no harm is done to the party from whom it was taken.” The Harbus states that plagerism is discriminatory stating: “If you believe that plagiarism is “unethical,” you are basically endorsing discrimination against people who lack original ideas. Is that the kind of society we want? Is this the message we want to send?” Also, “Artists, musicians and writers etc have always copied each other.“ as stated by Jim Hamlyn.

Do you think that it's wrong?

No, I personally don’t think it’s wrong because many people don‘t have the time to write an essay or report. Also, as long as the person who you are taking the ideas from are ok with the idea of you taking their work then you have no problem in adding their voice, ideas and opinions into your own work.

The correct answer is d. a power structure in which each member knows his or her own place.

This does not necessarily mean that it is either a good or a bad thing. An example of positive hierarchy would be in a household where parents are above children and decide for them because the children are too small.

What evidence from "To Build a Fire" might lead you to inference?
Dmitrij [34]

In "To Build A Fire" by Jack London, the man is arrogant and overconfident. Of the four passages, this can be most inferred from passage C. Passage C reads:

"Those old-timers were rather womanish, some of them, he thought. All a man had to do was to keep his head, and he was all right. Any man who was a man could travel alone."

This clearly shows that the man thought he was more intelligent than the older generation from the area that advised him not to travel alone when the temperature was 50 degrees below zero. It was 75 degrees below, but he thought he could outwit nature. As he was freezing to death, he realized he was wrong, but it was too late. He was overconfident and that ultimately led to his death.
