Answer:

Peering through the translucent window Lucy noticed a strange man on her doorstep. In a state of panic she darted past the front door and hid behind the staircase. A feeling of turmoil loomed over her as time went on and the figure remained at her front door steps. When she finally mustered the courage to open the door she was exhilarated to find that nobody was there, it was simply a figment of her imagination. Her mind had been deteriorating due to Charles Bonnet Syndrome and often times faltered.
