I did this in Ultra Moon where there was an event in 2017 to get a rockruff with the ability called Own Tempo and you have to wait until 5 pm (in Ultra Sun you have to wait until 5 am) to level up your rockruff to get Lycanroc dusk form. I don't think the event is available anymore for the other games but I hope this helps
