WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST!!!!! THANK YOU!!! This is an illustration, drawn by hand, in a book translated into Arabic from Greek. The

original Greek book was written by a Greek Hellenistic doctor who lived in Anatolia during the first century BCE. The doctor is making a medicine from honey and water, to treat weakness and loss of appetite. Although this manuscript comes from a later time, the Abbasid Caliph al-Mamun sponsored the translation of books from many languages, including Greek, Latin, Syriac, and Sanskrit. The most famous translator and writer was a Christian doctor from Mesopotamia, Hunayn ibn Ishaq. While he was working at the House of Wisdom, Hunayn ibn Ishaq translated many math and medical books from Greek into Arabic and wrote his own original books about the anatomy of the eye. Later he became the personal doctor of a caliph. How does the history of the translations and the House of Wisdom show interaction of different cultures and religions?

Answer and Explanation:

The story told in the text presented in the question above shows that knowledge traveled between cultures through a long process of translation, where one culture, by promoting the translation of a document from another culture, opened space for other cultures to translate it as well. , allowing knowledge to pass through different peoples thus forming a strong interaction between different peoples, languages and cultures.

This shows how the language is alive and mobile, breaking cultural and geographic barriers.

why are the decisions in miranda v. Arizona, Gideon v. Wainwright, and mapp v. Ohio stilwhyl very important to defendants in cri
Hunter-Best [27]

Answer:

The decisions in Miranda v. Arizona, Gideon v. Wainwright, and Mapp v. Ohio are very important to defendants in criminal proceedings today because they enlarged defendants' rights in criminal trials and investigations.

Thus, Miranda v. Arizona refers to the fact that those accused of a crime must know their rights prior to being questioned by the police, that is, that everything they say can be used against them and that they have the right to consult a lawyer.

For its part, Gideon v. Wainwright guaranteed the defendants the right to have a lawyer, even when they could not afford it on their own financial means. In this way, a defendant is not left legally unprotected for not being able to afford a lawyer, since it is the state that grants him one for free.

Finally, Mapp v. Ohio prohibits the use of illegitimately obtained evidence in criminal proceedings. Thus, non-compliance with the Fourth Amendment (and the consequent search without a warrant) renders the evidence obtained in this way not admissible in court.

Semenov [28]
Some are more desirable because every person has a personal preference  that appeals to them and if it isn't appealing to them or if society likes one more, it would naturally draw the to it.
