Hi! Do you have any suggestions of what to do for a headache from looking at a screen too long? I do online school due to the pandemic and I am looking at my computer atleast 14-18 hours a day. This leaves me with a terrible frontal/sinus headache. I have tried meditation, medication, blue-ray lights, and heating pads. These help but do not stop the pain. What are your suggestions?
