When you create a dialogue, you must give each new speaker a new paragraph. Option B is the correct one.

Everytime a character will speak or express his or her opinion, a new paragraph must be provided to his/her. Furthermore, it is a fundamental rule to use quotation marks when writing a dialogue. It is also important to indicate who is speaking in each paragraph. Besides, proper usage of the speech tag is one of the important dialogue writing rules.
