I think it takes courage to be a follower of Christ because the world is full of sinners and evil. It being that way, makes it hard for you to stay in the lane of being holy. In Judaism and Islam, they don't even believe Christ is real. Then, there are things in life that we think we need or we want, that are bad for us. For example, if you wanted a PS 5 because everyone else has one but your parents say no because it's bad for you.
