What is osgood schlatter disease and what does it do
Orlov [11]

Answer:

Osgood Schlatter's Disease is when there is an inflammation between the tibia and the patellar tendon, just below the knee.

It can cause a painful lump under the knee which could need to be operated on to remove.

It affects sporty kids mainly, but it is possible for it to occur in non-sporty kids (such as myself). The disease normally goes away by the time you're 16. It's mostly boys who are affected, but girls are as well.

It makes the knee hurt a lot when a person is doing physical exercise or walking, and stops hurting when a person is resting.

(I literally have it myself)

Placing her in a left lateral recumbent position is the best thing to be done in this scenario.

What is Left lateral recumbent position?

This position involves an individual lying on their left side of the body. The heart is located on the left side of the body.

We were told there is bleeding and hypotension which means lying on the left side of the body will help increase pressure needed to pump blood to other parts of the body cells for her survival.

5. Client who requires an assessment for recent and sudden loss of sight

6. Client who requires preoperative teaching for laser trabeculoplasty

An experienced nurse who can provide particular details and specialized information on follow-up eye care and loss adjustment should be able to provide postoperative and preoperative instructions, provide home health referrals, and assess for requirements linked to loss of vision.

All nurses should be familiar with the fundamentals of putting an eye pad and shield and teaching the administration of eyedrops. In further detail, an ophthalmologist conducts eye surgery, diagnoses and treats all eye illnesses, and prescribes and fits eyeglasses and contact lenses to alleviate visual issues.

Numerous ophthalmologists are also engaged in scientific studies into the origins and treatments of eye conditions and visual problems.

The ductus arteriosus allows fetal blood to bypass the nonfunctioning fetal liver.
natima [27]

Answer:

The correct option is: b. False

Explanation:

The ductus venosus is one of the three shunts of the fetal circulatory system. It is responsible for providing highly oxygenated blood to the inferior vena cava, followed by the right atrium of the fetal heart. Therefore, the main role of this shunt is to bypass the non-functioning liver of the fetus.
