This one is a matter of opinion. No matter what your opinion is, it isn't wrong. However, you do need to "back up" your answer. For example, if you decide that it's a good idea you could say that it will keep kids in school, at least long enough to graduate. But if you decide that it isn't a good idea, you could say that your education has nothing to do with your ability to drive. Whichever stance you take, stick with it. Don't jump back and forth.
