This one is a matter of opinion. No matter what your opinion is, it isn't wrong. However, you do need to "back up" your answer. For example, if you decide that it's a good idea you could say that it will keep kids in school, at least long enough to graduate. But if you decide that it isn't a good idea, you could say that your education has nothing to do with your ability to drive. Whichever stance you take, stick with it. Don't jump back and forth. Also, try and put your strongest supports first. This will give you a strong start. Good luck, I hope this helped.
