yes it is said quite often and I agree with this statement. Take are ex president Donal Trump for example. Many people have said he is not a good president and many people (including me but that's my opinion) think that he is not a good leader what so ever. Also people found it hard to vote for our current president (Joe
Biden) as they didnt think he or Donald Trump would be a good leader.
