<u>Baroque music is</u> western music composed in the Baroque era. This era takes place after the Renaissance and before classical times. The word baroque has an unnatural pearl meaning. Some composers in the Baroque era are Johann Sebastian Bach, Antonio Vivaldi, Claudio Monteverdi, etc.

The progress of music in the Middle Ages was marked by the emergence of new musical genres such as the Baroque and Rokoko schools, both of these genres were almost the same nature, namely the use of ornaments (art decorations). <em>The difference</em> is that Baroque music uses ornamentation which is left to spontaneous improvisation by players, whereas in Rokoko music all ornamental decoration is recorded.
