Answer:

Several times during the gulf war, the Iraqis offered to withdraw from Kuwait 'in exchange for a part of Kuwait'

Explanation:

After Iraq had invaded Kuwait, the United States and it's allies swiftly responded to help Kuwait.

Iraq's President at the time, Saddam Hussein, offered to withdraw completely from Kuwait, in exchange for a part of land to be included in Iraq. This offer was rejected.

In what was described as the largest international mobilization of troops since World War II, armies from around the world attacked Iraqi forces who were occupying Kuwait.

The allies conducted aerial bombing and when ground attacks were launched, the Iraqis retreated.

Which natural hazard is not a threat to Mexico?
pychu [463]
I'd have to say blizzards or avalanches for starters.  Surprisingly, as hot as the temperature is there, Tornados don't pose a threat to Mexico.  Go figure. Hope this helps!
