To buy the car new is $43,500.00 however, if you wait 18 months, it’s 55% cheaper. How much can you get the car for in 18 months
hram777 [196]

Answer:

$19575

$20945.25

Step-by-step explanation:

The current price of the car is $43500 but if I wait for 18 months, then it will be 55% cheaper.

So, the after 18 months the price of the car will be 43500(1 - \frac{55}{100}) = 19575 dollars.

If sales tax is 7%, then the total price of the car after waiting for 18 months will be 19575(1 + \frac{7}{100}) = 20945.25 dollars. (Answer)
