Why was Mesopotamia a good region for farming

History
1 answer:
tiny-mole [99]3 years ago
8 0

Answer:

Mesopotamia is a region with two big rivers, Tigris and Euphrates. Despite the climate there being dry and having little rainfall it was a very good environment for growing crops. This is because the rivers would flood from time to time and deposit many nutrients in the soil for later use by the crops. People in Mesopotamia later invented many things to help them grow crops of course but the flooding initially made it all possible.
