Answer:

1: Amanda is referring to how 2020 was a hard year and caused many problems for the U.S.

2: The catastrophe has caused me to be stuck indoors away from others I care about. It has caused my parents to worry for our safety and our community to become separated due to fear.

Section 2:

1: This word shows that not just one person shall fix this mess that we all should fix it together as a nation.

2. To prove her point that we need to unite in order to move past this horrific event.

3. I see myself as a part of it because I want to help push forward too and make this a better year for everyone.

Section 3:

1. People would treat each other as equals and there would be no more pandemic. Jobs would be available to everyone who needed one and the country would be whole again.

2. By helping my family through this tough time and making sure that we all can push past the bad even when its hard.
