They lie and over exaggerate about what they want you to see than what really happened. There can be a lot of drama and gossip on the news that people believe. It leads to a lot of conflict. Though the news does state facts, you must know what it true and what is false.

To remedy this, this article synthesizes the literature pertaining to understand the role mainstream media play in the dissemination of fake news, the reasons for such coverage and its influences on the audience.
