Personally Chopin. His pieces definitely speaks to me emotionally and artistically more than Liszt and Brahms.

most lyrical Brahms perhaps?

Chopin would be the 2nd most likely, but it seems to me with all of the music I have listened to...Liszt would be the least lyrical.
