In a future with personalized robot servants my robot servant would be in charge or keeping me on track, revising and forming my schedule, and informing me of what I’m missing at home. For me it is important to stay on schedule and to always be aware of what I need. A robot that keeps me on track and helps me remember things would be amazing. I expect myself to be rather busy in the future, this robot would assure that I never fall behind. It would be around the size of a vacuum and would be able to speak. It would have a built in alarm clock to wake me up in the morning for work or school. It would also have a touch screen that has all of my favorite recipes so that I am able to cook myself a healthy breakfast.
Built in it would also be a planner so that I could be able to see what I needed to do for the day. The robot would have a specific set of wheels that would help it move smoothly. It would also have a face recognition and print recognition for security reasons. It would also be equipped with solar panels to recharge. This meaning that it would need to be at least two hours in the sun every day. The shell of the robot would be mainly grey with some parts being black, this would help it obtain extra sunlight. While it will be quite tall it would not take up much space. The robot would be able to close into a square when not in use. However even in its closed state it would still be able to remind me of my schedule. If for whatever reason it is not able to say it out loud, then it can send a notification to my phone.
The robot itself would be able to hold a conversation with me. While it will not have emotions it will still be able to talk and interact with its environment. The design of the robot is convenient and resourceful. The robot itself would also not harm the environment. It would be constructed of recycled material. The hardwire and screen would also be composed of recycled electronics. Overall the robot would be a very reliable machine that can assist me well. It would benefit me and the environment to have such a machine like this.

-I know this isn’t 5 paragraphs but it’s the best I could do :)

1. In which sentence is the underlined adjectival clause punctuated correctly? A. Mrs. Cruz is the advisor, whose opinion matter
harkovskaia [24]

Answer: A

Explanation:

Adjectival clauses also known as relative clauses are dependent clauses that describe a noun in sentences.

Punctuating adjectival clauses can be very problematic because you would have to say whether the adjectival clause in a sentence is essential or non-essential before using commas.

Essential Clause: This kind of adjectival clause is essential to the description of the noun. It is such that the sentence would be meaningless if it were taken out. E.g

The man whose house we just left loves you.

"whose house we just left" is an essential clause because there are many men in the world and without the clause we would not know the man that is being referred to.

Nonessential Clause: This is the opposite of essential clause. It is the kind of clause that a sentence can very much do without. E.g

His wife, who you have met, works at Microsoft.

"Who you have met" does not define the noun in the sentence and the sentence is still very much valid and understandable without the adjectival clause.

The rule is that, sentences with essential adjectival clauses are not punctuated while those with non-essential adjectival clauses are punctuated. As you can see in the examples above.

But with sentences that carry proper nouns e.g names of persons and places, commas are always used before their adjectival clauses because they are unique and do not necessarily need any more information.

That is why option A is the correctly punctuated sentence.

And option C is okay and doesn't need any punctuation.

Answer:

The correct answer is option C. create an ominous, tense mood.

Explanation:

As we can see in the author's words, there is an air of nervousness among the protagonists. It was felt that something was wrong, and everything was done in a hurry and tense way.

That is exactly what the author wants to convey with his words.
