In my own opinion the major solution to address this issue of poverty is to make more jobs for the poor strictly only for the poor because we all know that poverty is the cause that people needs to commit crime. So we need to help the poor and give them suitable jobs that can help them live and earn money to live so that they will not commit any more crimes. The government need also to build more house for the poor so that they will slept on the streets.
