The bottom of geothermal sources is abundant in black-colored ores (sulfites) of iron, copper, zinc, nickel and other metals called "black smokers". Iron ores are rocks from which metallic iron can be obtained. Metals, originally disseminated on magma-laden or rocky paths, are concentrated in fluids and can be redeposited if they encounter favorable temperatures and pressure conditions, forming mineral veins.
