The dangers of Alexis approach is that not all the information on the web as well as that published by the authors of self-help books is reliable. Therefore, she is likely to obtain information that is not reliable nor credible to provide her the insight needed for better understanding of her identity. I would advise her to look for information from journals and academic sources
