The generations that have come before us left somewhat of a legacy type burden on us younger generations to be responsible and fix the problems their actions put in motion, and unfortunately our children and our children's children will likely be burdened with the same task- as it took many generations to come to the point we've come to, it will surely take many generations to reverse all of the damage dealt to the world we call home.
