I'm not sure, because i learned this 5 years ago, but it is a or b. the only reason i dont know which one is because i forgot what a filled in dot, versus a circle means. on point 3 on your number line, there's a circle, and there's a dot on answer A and answer B respectively. if memory serves, it should be B
