Offshore oil exploration can be a boon or a bane to many groups. It is useful since it harnesses the natural resource below the ocean floor which can be potentially used as source of energy. It is detrimental at the same time because the exploration can be a nuisance to the diversities living underneath the sea. The groups that differ on these views are <span>D. environmentalists and oil companies</span>
