Answer: The Turks fought fiercely and successfully defended the Gallipoli Peninsula against a massive Allied invasion in 1915-1916, but by 1918 defeat by invading British and Russian forces and an Arab revolt had combined to destroy the Ottoman economy and devastate its land, leaving some six million people dead and millions. Finally, after fighting on the side of Germany in World War I and suffering defeat, the empire was dismantled by treaty and came to an end in 1922, when the last Ottoman Sultan, Mehmed VI, was deposed and left the capital of Constantinople (now Istanbul) in a British warship.

On June 1777, they passed the flag resolution for an official United States Flag. Lastly, the creation of a real government after signing the articles of confederation on March 1781.

A rift occurred between the Goose Creek men and the Dissenters at Goose Creek area which was a center of religious conflict in South Carolina between Anglicans and Dissenters. The Goose Creek Men, rebelled against the Dissenters attempts to allow religious toleration to provide a heaven for Dissenters, and to control trade with the Native Americans. The Goose Creek men were interested more in increasing their profits from commerce with pirates and from trade in Indian slaves.
