The Father of Geography is <em>"Eratosthenes," </em>a Greek<em> </em>expert born in<em> Cyrene</em>. He introduced the word "geography" and other words associated with it. He calculated the Earth's circumference through his extensive mathematical knowledge. He also used the grid lines in using the map in order to determine their climate zones.

Explanation:

As a<em> polymath, </em>Erathosthenes was<u> very good at accurate measurements.</u> He was able to influence many fields due to his geographic knowledge. His book entitled<em> "Chronographies"</em> is an<em> accurate chronology of events</em>, including the exact date of the "Trojan War."
