European exploration of the Americas resulted in all of the following EXCEPT the
zimovet [89]

Answer:

(2) development of unified resistance movements among the Native Americans

Explanation:

Because of the European way of using the land and limited food sources, mass migration to North America created tension between the invaders and the natives. Canadian historian Jan K. Style explains that there were 30,000 Narragansett in Massachusetts in the 17th century. Their chief , "sensing danger ... sought to expand his alliance with the Mohicans to create a general Indian resistance movement.

His efforts to form a united Native American front have failed. In 1643, in a tribal war, he was captured by the chief of the Mohegan tribe, who handed him over to the English as a rebel.

This illustrates not only the ongoing clashes between the invading colonists and the indigenous population, but also the murderous rivalry and treachery among the tribes, which existed even before the white man arrived in North America at all. The British, in their wars against the French for colonial domination of North America, had some tribes on their side, while others supported the French. No matter which side lost, all the tribes involved paid a losing price.

How did the germans dispose of the bodies?
Anna [14]
In the Holocaust, they burned them in incinerators and mass pits. The survivors talk about the horrific black smoke that came out of the chimes and the smell of burning bodies. Horrible really.

What territories does the us gain as a result of winning the war
lubasha [3.4K]

Answer:

The question is incomplete. This is the complete question:

What territories did the US gain as a result of winning the Spanish-American War?

The territories gained by the US included Cuba, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines

Explanation:

The Treaty of Paris (1898)—which was a treaty signed by the US and Spain, and a product of the Spanish-American War—consisted of agreements and terms of negotiation that favored the US, and allowed it to gain the territories of Cuba, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines—which, prior to the Paris treaty of 1898, were controlled by Spain. The US became a major power and player in the Pacific region after it gained these territories.
