Answer:

The tropical wet and dry climate

Explanation:

The tropical wet and dry climate is also known as tropical savanna climate. This area has direct sunlight almost throughout the whole year. This is why here the seasons are not distinct and are separated on the wet and dry seasons.

The temperatures are always hotter than above the average throughout the year, often not dropping below 13 °C, even during what would be considered to be winter months.

When the sun is high, the temperature is still not too hot due to rainfalls occurring mostly during these months. The rain is mostly following thunders and stormy and windy weather.

Tropical wet and dry climate occurs in the area below the equator, including the Northern Territory in Australia, Brasilia, and parts of Indonesia, Kenya, Ghana, and Nigeria.

What is the most significant factor that controls the development of soil?
Sergeu [11.5K]

There are five factors of soil formation, these are:
1) Parent Material
2) Topography
3) Biota
4) Climate
5) Time

The parent material of soil is the material that soil develops from. It is where the soil acquires its inherent characteristics or attributes that will influence the direction, timing, and nature of soil as it develops over time.

Though Topography, Time, and Climate are factors of soil development, they are rendered unimportant when parent material is not present.
