Yes he is correct because 5/4 is greater than 1 so yeah.

He is correct because 5/4 is greater than one and if you multiply a positive number by anything greater than one it will always be bigger than the original

 ~therefore... The bad thing is, that they shouldnt fill the marsh with dirt, and cement... Because bad things could happen to the creatures that already live there.
