I am almost sure it is the answer 'Textures present' (B) <u>but please read my explanation!</u>

Explanation:

Since the dog looks like an opaque silhouette against the water, the dog stands out clearly. Because of the light waves in the water, and the solid appearance of the dog, this creates a very very different texture and makes it easy to see and focus on the dog pictured.

The answer most definitely not line usage, and I'm pretty sure it is also NOT perspective. However, I would argue that positive/negative space might work in this scenario. <em>I know its best if I gave you an informed and 100% correct answer, but I would say option B, 'Textures Present' is </em><em>the best choice</em><em> for this question.</em>
