Answer:

I am almost sure it is the answer 'Textures present' (B) but please read my explanation!

Explanation:

Since the dog looks like an opaque silhouette against the water, the dog stands out clearly. Because of the light waves in the water, and the solid appearance of the dog, this creates a very very different texture and makes it easy to see and focus on the dog pictured.

The answer most definitely not line usage, and I'm pretty sure it is also NOT perspective. However, I would argue that positive/negative space might work in this scenario. I know its best if I gave you an informed and 100% correct answer, but I would say option B, 'Textures Present' is the best choice for this question.

Hope this helps! let me know through a comment if you want a better explanation or more detailed response.

How on earth do you draw hands?
Soloha48 [4]

Hello there! i agree, drawing hands is SO hard!!

What i usually do is draw a circle as a base, lines symbolizing the fingers and their positions. For example, a peace sign would be two fingers sticking out the center, then the other three curved in the middle. Then I draw a sleeve around the circle and erase the excess lines. (This helps to make it look neater and easier to progress, at least for me.) Then draw finger looking shapes (ovals with a pointy-ish tip) around the original lines, and erase the excess lines when you're done.

I'm not that good of an artist, so this might not be the best method, but it's easy to start from. (I do more digital art, so it's pretty different there) But anyways, I hope this was helpful! :D

What did the ancient Greeks contribute to the history of Western art?
yaroslaw [1]

Answer:

Ancient Greeks contributed the option A. The idea that a painting should emphasize the importance of the subject.

Explanation:

Greeks were catholic. They gave importance to the subject of Jesus and Mary. Their classical antiquity also projected the same. If you observe their artworks you will see that the main subject, and that would be particularly Jesus and Mary, would be given importance by their proportionate size as compared to the other elements in the artworks.
