Answer:

There was a time in which I've had to survive out there in a Jungle. I was on a plane, on my way to the most important adventure of my life, but adventure found me. At night the place crashed into some place unknown, leaving me to no option but to stay there until sunrise. When the sun rises I fond myself on the jungle where most of my enemies where to be found. The first thing I remember doing was finding a way to get across the river where I saw a cave with something inside.

As I crossed the river it started raining and I couldn't see a thing as I turn around a jaguar jump right on me. Desperate to get him out of me I pushed him across the place he crashed into a tree and ran away. I was getting cold, hungry, and in pain.

I reach a empty cave with a bow and arrow bag so I look for a deer and hunt him down. I when again to the cave and start a fire with something I took from plane.

Assuming the original sentence is As a child, Maria Mitchell studied astronomy with her father William Mitchell, an amateur astronomer, the correct answer here is William Mitchell.
An appositive phrase is used to further describe a particular noun next to it, and is usually separated from the rest of the sentence using commas, as is the case here. The appositive phrase an amateur astronomer refers to the father, William Mitchell.
