Answer:

I think it may mean that not only is being poor and hungry horrible, but also being starved of love and and people who care about you can be just as miserable-probably even worse.

Like imagine  if you were a pretty rich guy but everybody hated you and your parents passed away years ago. You'd probably feel pretty miserable.

Need help writing this please Write an email to the editor of your local newspaper or school publication about an issue with whi
Naddika [18.5K]

Dear Editor,

I am writing your publication to air out my concerns on the deteriorating transportation system in our city.

Many workers find it hard to go to work and get back home because of the lack of buses that they can ride in order to get to their jobs.  It is also hard for them to go home because there are also few buses in the evening.

As a result, many employee either arrive late or miss work altogether.  This has caused a lot of disruption in the workplace that could seriously affect our economy.

We hope that you would focus on this issue by writing stories about this in your paper.  This would shed light on this issue and hopefully government would act on it.

Your kind and quick action on this issue will be deeply appreciated.

Very Truly Yours,

John Smith

Is Nationalism beneficial or dangerous in the context of globalization?
belka [17]

Answer:

Nationalism is dangerous to globalization.

Explanation:

Although nationalism and globalization can coexist, nationalism is very dangerous for the purposes of globalization. This is because globalization aims to promote a great global network of cooperation, where national borders are forgotten and all peoples share their resources, discoveries and benefits. Nationalism, on the other hand, is characterized as the over-valorization of national concepts and values, that is, of a single nationality and a single culture. In this case, nationalism can combat global cooperation and reinforce national and cultural boundaries, which is totally against the objectives of globalization.
