341 total students - 5 students that had to travel in cars = 336 students that traveled in buses
336 students traveling in buses ➗ 6 buses = 56 students in each bus

If 4 students travelled in cars, then 341 - 5 = 336students travelled by bus.

 There were 5 buses.  336÷ 6 = 56

 There were 56 students on each bus.
