A population started with 100 individuals. There were 14 birth, 20 deaths, and new individuals immigrated into the population. A
Korolek [52]

Answer: -6%

Explanation: you take the formula

r (growth rate) = Births (B) - Deaths (D) /

                                           population

So that would be    r = 14 - 20 /

                                         100

so the growth rate was -6%               Sorry about the formatting :/

How do action potentials move from one neuron to another?
Alexxx [7]

Answer:

Action potential moves from one neuron to another by excititory post synaptic potential(EPSP).

Explanation:

During EPSP a neurotransmitter such as acetyl choline is released from presynaptic membrane.

The released acetyl choline then crosses the synaptic cleft  and then binds to specific receptors present on the surface of post synaptic neuron.

This ultimately result in the transmission of action potential from one neuron to another.
