W=Fd Work=Force times distance, but the object only moves in the horizontal direction so only the component force acting horizontally does work in this example

W=(Fcosα°)*d N*m

W=(4cos41°)*5 N*m

W=20cos41° N*m

W=15.1 J (to nearest tenth of a joule)

Find the sum and express it in simplest form
(6y-2c+2)+(-3y+4c)
Taya2010 [7]
Well, kid all you have to do is add like terms and place the subjected terms in alphabetical order.
1. (6y-2c+2)+(-3y+4c)
2. 6y + - 3y = 3y
3. -2c+4c =2c
4. the positive in the first set of parenthesis has to term other than its number by itself. (so it remains alone and only positive 2)
5. take all the separate term answers and add them into a complete expression- 3y + 2c + 2: and that is all

The weights of packets of cookies produced by a certain manufacturer have a Normal distribution with a mean of 202 grams and a s
Evgen [1.6K]

Answer:

209.005 gms

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that the weights of packets of cookies produced by a certain manufacturer have a Normal distribution with a mean of 202 grams and a standard deviation of 3 grams.

Let X be the weight of packets of cookies produced by manufacturer

X is N(202, 3) gms.

To find the weight that should be stamped on the packet so that only 1% of the packets are underweight

i.e. P(X<c) <0.01

From std normal table we find that z value = 2.335

Corresponding x value = 202+3(2.335)

=209.005 gms.

4p – 3 = 13

answer pls
Galina-37 [17]
P = 4

13 + 3 = 16
16/4 = 4

These questions require reverse order, you have to work backwards
For example 4 * P you would do 4/P instead
