A headline is supposed to be unbiased and should inform the readers of what the article is going to be about. The language is not an issue because the article can be of any type i.e. formal or informal kind.
The kind of headlines stated in the above question looks more like a biased opinion of the author because the standard of beauty or hotness is very subjective. therefore the headline does not sound credible.
