President Adams did have a successful career after his presidency, and I think it was even more successful than presidency. His retirement from office was quite productive, because after becoming the second President, he became the first Vice President of the United States.

The example of an ancient Arabian state that traded extensively and controlled territories on the East African coast can best be
Luden [163]

The example of an ancient Arabian state that traded extensively and controlled territories on the East African coast can best be used as evidence of "the long-term continuities in state-building in coastal East Africa."

This is because long-term state-building involves trade relations and commerce, among others, such as politics and economics.

Thus, information of extended trades between the Arabian state and the East African coast shows long-term state-building between the two regions.

Hence, in this case, it is concluded that the correct answer is option B. "the long-term continuities in state-building in coastal East Africa."

How are the steps for a bill to become a law similar for state and federal law making?
kiruha [24]

At both the Federal and State level, a bill is introduced into the legislative branch.

From there, it will be put forth for discussions and hearings on the matter. It will likely be assigned to a sub-committee, who will investigate.

More discussion will occur and eventually the legislature will vote on it and send it to the Executive (Governor or President) who will sign it or veto it. The Legislative branch will enact then or will vote to overide the veto.

Depending on what happened, the bill will become law and the appropriate agency responsible will enact regulations based on the new law.
