1. information from the DNA is transcribed to mRNA
2. mRNA leaves the nuclues
3. mRNA goes to the ribosome
4. tRNA comes with anticodons and an amino acid
5. tRNA matches his anticodons with one of mRNA's codons
6. when matched, tRNA will drop his amino acid
7. more tRNAs will come with amino acids
8. the tRNAs will match themselves with mRNA and drop the amino acids
9. the amino acids will start to link together and create a polypeptide chain
10. the end polypeptide chain makes a protein

How will a punctured lung affect your ability to inspire?
Allisa [31]
1) Pneumothorax in this case; a spontaneous pneumothorax can be life threatening cause the lung will eventually cause vacuum used by the lung to fill with air, and as you constantly expand your lung it decreases and collapses. So C is going to be the answer.

2) Acetylcholine is the hormone responsible for the "Rest and digest". It is the direct opposite of the Fight and Flight reaction which is marked in Bronchodilation, Increased HR, and increased BP. B

3) Secretin is responsible for stimulating the release of bile by the liver. Secretin is released by the duodenum, the junction of the stomach and small intestines. B

How much force would is required to stop a 1200kg car in 2 seconds if the car is traveling at 22 m/s
Shalnov [3]
Force required = F = ?

mass of the car = m = 1200 kg

initial velocity of the car = Vi = 10 m/sec

final velocity of the car = 0

time required to stop the car = t = 20 sec

Using Newton`s 2nd law of motion;

F = ma ………………………(1)

as a = Vf - Vi / t , put this value in equation (1)

F = m ( Vf - Vi /t ) ………………(2)

F = 1200 ( 0 - 10 /20) = - 600 N

here Negative sign shows that external force is acting in opposite direction of the motion to bring it to rest.

we can also calculate this force by using the relation

Rate of change of momentum = net force acting on the object …………(3)

m Vf - m Vi / t = net force acting on the object

m (Vf - Vi / t) = F

1200 ( 0 - 10 /20) = - 600 N = F

so, net force acting on the object =F = - 600 N

PLEASE HELP! Emma prepared two glasses of water at two different temperatures. She added a spoonful of table salt to the cold wa
Sergio039 [100]

Answer:

The correct answer is - option B. No, the temperature in glass #2 is lower, which makes salt less soluble in water.

Explanation:

For the majority of the solids dissolved in water, the solubility increases with temperature increments. Higher temperatures accompany the increase in kinetic energy permits the solvent particles to more adequately break apart the solute atoms that shows intermolecular attractions.

So if glass one dissolves the salt faster than glass two then it is clear that glass one has more temperature than glass two that takes more time to dissolve the rock salt.

Thus, the correct answer is - option B. No, the temperature in glass #2 is lower, which makes salt less soluble in water.
